On the romantic island of Maui, with the ocean and sunset as our witness, we will say "I do"! We can hardly wait to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. Bring a swimsuit, a cocktail and be an integral part of our most cherished memory!
When should I arrive to Maui?
That is completely up to you. You can arrive as early as you want and leave whenever you want. This is a vacation for you too!
What should I expect to pay for?
Your flights and accommodations. The Bride's parent's will host a guest's welcome dinner on the evening before the wedding. The wedding reception will include dinner, wedding cake and an open bar.
Where should I plan on renting accommodations in Maui?
The events will take place in the Lahaina area of the west coast of Maui. In the travel section of our website, we provide options at different price points. AirBnB is much cheaper than a hotel. Sharing costs with other guests is cheapest. Consider
house/room sharing with others.
What hotel are the bride and groom staying at?
In the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding night, we are staying in a suite at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel. After the wedding, we will be in an AirBnB in Lahaina.
How do we get around?
If you want to be mobile, it is strongly suggested that you rent a car at the airport. Maui is the second largest island of Hawaii. Uber and Lyft are available in Maui, but, can be quite expensive. Do your research on this. Split costs with other guests!
When can we arrive at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel for the wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will take place on the Naupaka Lawn at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel. Plan on arriving at 5pm to enjoy Champagne or other libations at the nearby beach resort bar. If you arrive earlier than that, we may just put you to work :P
Can I bring a guest?
Short answer: No.
This is a small and private ceremony with strict limitations regarding capacity on the private lawn. We have already reached our capacity with family and close friends. The guest's welcome dinner and reception are also limited on space as we have rented out banquet rooms that have a strict capacity. If you still want to bring someone to Hawaii, they can view the ceremony from an outlying area (not on the lawn) and meet up after the reception. Thank you for understanding :)
